1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop iAnanas.de.


2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order is sent along with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending via an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.


4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.


5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

5.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.


6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is only possible within Germany.

6.2 The delivery time is up to 5 days. Any deviating delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.


7. Payment

7.1 Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, or via PayPal.

7.2 If you choose the payment method "advance payment," we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiving payment.


8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Information on online dispute resolution: The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution (the so-called "OS Platform"). The OS Platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. 9.2 Notice pursuant to § 36 Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.


10. Final Provisions

10.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 Should individual provisions of the contract, including these regulations, be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
