Return and Refund Policy:

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Naresh Purohit, Tulpenring 16, St. Leon ROT, 68789, iananaseu@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods:

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
